Sembang United (sembangunited.com and sembangunited.my) is operated by Bloombuds Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202201007273 (1452970-K)), a company incorporated in Malaysia ("we", "us"). Articles on the site are written by Otai Red. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms, our Community rules and our Privacy policy.
2. UNOFFICIAL FAN SITE
Sembang United is an independent fan site. It is not run by, connected to or endorsed by Manchester United, the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any broadcaster. Club names, player names and competition names are used only to identify what we are writing about. All trademarks belong to their owners.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- One account per person. Give accurate details and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can close your account at any time from your account page, or by emailing hello@sembangunited.com.
4. WHAT YOU POST
You keep ownership of your comments, ratings and other posts. By posting, you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to show them on the site and in our posts on social media and email (for example, sharing fan ratings or quoting a comment). You are responsible for what you post, and it must follow the Community rules.
We may remove any post, void any rating, or suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or the rules. We will usually explain why, but we don't have to.
5. OUR CONTENT
Articles, ratings data, graphics, the Sembang United name and logo belong to us. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with credit to Sembang United. Please don't copy whole articles or graphics without asking.
Some content quotes or summarises other sources, such as press conferences, match reports and Fantasy Premier League data. We credit those sources, and their content belongs to them.
6. RATINGS, PREDICTIONS AND FPL
Fan ratings, predictions and the FPL mini-league are for fun. There are no prizes unless we clearly say otherwise for a specific competition, with its own rules. We may remove votes we believe are not genuine.
7. NOT BETTING OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
Predictions, FPL picks and opinions on this site are personal views. They are not betting advice. Don't rely on them to place bets.
8. ACCURACY
We work hard to get things right, but team news, injuries and fixtures change fast and we sometimes get things wrong. The site is provided "as is". If you spot a mistake, email hello@sembangunited.com and we'll correct it.
9. LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from content posted by other members, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
10. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
We link to other websites for sources and further reading. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms as the site grows, for example when we add advertising or paid memberships. We will change the date at the top, and tell members by email about significant changes.
12. LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
